SHIPPING POLICY

KaTori Beauty LLC utilizes USPS and UPS for all domestic and international shipments.

  • Artisanal Processing & Production Windows: Every creation is subject to a mandatory preparation period prior to shipment. Please allow 4–8 business days for non-handmade item inspections, and 7–14 business days for hand-crafted, custom, or curated nail sets.

  • During high-volume seasonal periods, please expect slight operational delays.

  • Transfer of Liability: The moment a parcel is scanned by the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer entirely to the customer. KaTori Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages (including porch piracy).

  • Delivery Discrepancies: In the case of a transit or delivery issue, you must contact the carrier first to open an official inquiry. Our studio will only investigate missing package claims if the tracking data has shown zero movement for more than 15 consecutive business days (for domestic orders) and you provide us with an official Carrier Claim Number.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PROTOCOL

We conduct strict quality inspections before any item leaves our sterile studio. In the rare event of a verified manufacturing defect (excluding transit, climate, or heat damage):

  1. You must email help@katoribeauty.com within 24 hours of the carrier delivery timestamp.

  2. The subject line must read: MANUFACTURING DEFECT - [Your Order Number].

  3. The body of the email must include your order details along with clear, high-resolution photos of the product defect and the original, unaltered packaging.

  4. If the defect is verified by our Lead Artist, we will issue a replacement only. Monetary refunds and store credits are strictly not issued under any circumstances.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom, made-to-order, artisanal, and high-hygiene nature of our luxury products, ALL SALES ARE ABSOLUTE AND FINAL at the time of purchase.

  • To preserve our sterile environment and protect our global clientele, we enforce a strict Zero-Return, Zero-Exchange, and Zero-Refund Policy across all categories, including cosmetics, press-on nails, lash clusters, hair bundles, and skincare/body butters.

  • We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or a personal change of mind regarding style, shape, length, or color.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is finalized at checkout, it enters an immediate lock phase. Because material procurement, sizing calibration, and hand-craft production windows begin immediately upon order receipt, orders cannot be canceled, items cannot be swapped, and shipping addresses cannot be modified. Please review your cart and shipping information carefully prior to completing your purchase.
