Once your package is out of our possession Katori Beauty is no longer responsible, it is now the responsibility of the mail carrier . RETURNS:
Due to the nature of Katori Beauty products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive your package and it is defective we will gladly send you a replacement and allow the return of the damaged good you have received. Refunds are ONLY given in store credit form

CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason, you decide that you'd like to cancel your order, you have 8 hours after purchase and there will be a $10 restock fee taken from your final refund . After 8 hours your order can no longer be canceled .
