Katori Beauty ships from USPS and UPS. DURING HIGH VOLUME TIMES PLEASE EXPECT A SLIGHT DELAY! We are a small business so please expect 3-5 business days for processing . Once your package is out of our possession Katori Beauty is no longer responsible, it is now the responsibility of the mail carrier . In the case of error in your package please contact the carrier first before contacting Katori Beauty .
 
If your item arrives damaged/defective please contact Katori Beauty at katoribeautycontact@gmail.com in the subject line please write DAMAGED with your order number. In the body please include a screenshot of your receipt and photos of the damage.
 
In the case of your package is lost please contact us IMMEDIATELY at katoribeautycontact@gmail.com in the subject line please write LOST PACKAGE with your order number.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of Katori Beauty products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you receive your package and it is defective we will gladly send you a replacement and allow the return of the damaged good you have received. Refunds are ONLY given in store credit form
CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason, you decide that you'd like to cancel your order, you have 8 hours after purchase and there will be a $10 restock fee taken from your final refund . After 8 hours your order can no longer be canceled .
