PART 1: LUXURY STRIP LASHES (Daily Glam)

Engineered for daily wear. Designed to be applied in seconds and removed every night before sleep. With proper maintenance, KaTori Beauty strip sets deliver 25 to 30+ pristine wears.

A. Application Protocol

  1. Prep: Complete your eye makeup first. Measure the KaTori Beauty strip lash against your natural lash line.

  2. Trim: Always trim any excess length from the outer corner only of the lash band to protect the custom mapping.

  3. Glue: Apply a thin layer of premium lash glue or adhesive liner along the band. Pay extra attention to the inner and outer tips. Wait 30 seconds for the adhesive to become tacky (never apply wet glue to the eyelid).

  4. Placement: Looking downward into a mirror, place the band on top of your natural lashes, directly against the skin of your lash line. Secure the center first, then press down the outer and inner corners.

B. Nightly Removal

  • Never yank or rip strip lashes off. This stretches out the custom band and pulls out your natural lashes.

  • Saturate a clean Q-tip with an oil-free makeup remover. Trace it across the top of the lash band until the glue completely dissolves, then gently glide the strip away from your eye.

C. Cleaning & Storage

  1. Place the strip on a dry paper towel.

  2. Use a damp Q-tip with oil-free remover to soften the residual glue on the band.

  3. Use fine-tip tweezers to gently peel away the old adhesive buildup. Never pull on the individual lash fibers.

  4. Brush through with a clean spoolie and store safely inside your original KaTori Beauty case to preserve the custom 3D curl.

PART 2: ARTISANAL LASH CLUSTERS (Multi-Day Extensions)

Engineered for extended wear. Applied using a specialized segmented Bond & Seal method to deliver a seamless, extension-like finish that lasts 5 to 10 consecutive days.

A. Application Protocol

  1. The Retention Secret: Your natural lashes must be 100% free of skin oils, skincare residue, or makeup. Wash your face and wipe your lashes down with an oil-free micellar water. Let them dry completely. Give your natural lashes a light curl with an eyelash curler.

  2. Apply the Bond: Open your KaTori Beauty Bond. Gently dab a micro-amount of the black Bond only at the absolute roots (the bottom 1–2mm) of your natural lashes. Do not brush it through like regular mascara, or your lashes will clump. Less is more.

  3. Placement (Underneath): Use your lash applicator tool to pick up a cluster segment from the base (never grab the delicate lash tips). Looking downward into a tilting mirror, place the cluster segment UNDERNEATH your natural lashes.

  4. The Safe Zone: Position the cluster band exactly 1mm away from your actual waterline (the pink skin of your eyelid). The adhesive must only touch your lash hairs, never your skin.

  5. Fuse: Once all segments are placed, use your applicator tool to firmly clamp (crimp) the clusters and your natural lashes together at the base. This locks the pressure-sensitive bond.

  6. Apply the Seal: Dab your clear KaTori Beauty Seal directly onto the base where the bond was applied. The Seal instantly polymerizes the glue, eliminates all sticky residue, and makes your extensions water-resistant.

B. Extended-Wear Aftercare

  • Keep your new clusters completely dry for the first 24 hours to allow the adhesive system to fully cure.

  • When washing your face or showering, do not let heavy water pressure blast your eyes directly. Gently pat your eyes dry with a lint-free towel—never rub them.

  • Use a clean spoolie to brush through your clusters daily to keep them aligned.

C. Safe Multi-Day Removal

  • WARNING: Cluster bond is an extension polymer. Attempting to pull or peel clusters off dry will rip out your natural lash follicles permanently.

  • To remove safely, apply a dedicated Lash Cluster Gel or Oil Remover directly underneath the lash line where the bond sits. Let it sit for 30–60 seconds to completely break down the polymer. Once dissolved, the clusters will slide right off without a single drop of friction. Cleanse your eyes thoroughly afterward.

KaTori Beauty LLC provides premium, professional-grade eyelash products, adhesives, polymers, chemical removers, and application tools. All application instructions, care guidelines, and protocols listed on this platform are provided strictly for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional or medical advice. By executing a transaction on this storefront and applying these products, the end consumer explicitly assumes all physical, medical, cosmetic, operational, and legal risks associated with their preparation, application, use, and removal.

1. Mandatory External Use, Pre-Existing Conditions, & Safety Warnings

  • FOR EXTERNAL SURFACE USE ONLY: All lash products, strip adhesives, cluster bonds, liners, seals, and chemical removers are engineered and distributed strictly for topical, external application to the lash fibers and surrounding skin surfaces. Under no circumstances should any liquid, gel, polymer, chemical solvent, or adhesive product be swallowed, ingested, or allowed to breach the physical barrier of the eyelid to make direct contact with the internal eye cavity, eyeball, cornea, retina, or mucous membranes.

  • Pre-Existing Medical Conditions: If you have a history of pre-existing eye conditions—including, but not limited to, chronic dry-eye syndrome, blepharitis, styes, ocular rosacea, alopecia, or have undergone recent ocular surgery (such as LASIK or cataract removal) within the last six (6) months—you are strictly advised against using these products. Using our products with pre-existing ocular sensitivities is done entirely at your own medical risk.

  • Accidental Migration Disclaimer: KaTori Beauty LLC assumes absolutely no responsibility or liability for the accidental leaking, smudging, running, seeping, transferring, or migration of adhesives, bonds, seals, or removers into the internal eye due to over-application, physical rubbing, moisture, sweat, or user error.

  • Keep Out of Reach of Children & Animals: All cosmetic products, chemical solutions, and sharp/fine-tip metal tools must be stored securely out of reach of minors and household pets to prevent accidental ingestion, chemical poisoning, or puncture injuries.

2. Operational, Performance, & Property Damage Waivers

  • Wear-Time and Performance Estimates: Any references to wear-time metrics (including, but not limited to, statement claims of "25-30+ wears" for strip lashes or "5-10 days" for lash clusters) represent generalized estimates achieved under ideal conditions with professional-grade application skills. KaTori Beauty LLC does not legally guarantee these retention durations for individual consumers. Performance metrics vary entirely based on natural skin oil production levels, personal lifestyle environments, sweat, sleep habits, and strict adherence to proper application protocols. Dissatisfaction with product wear-time does not constitute a product defect and is strictly ineligible for returns, refunds, or chargebacks.

  • Mandatory 48-Hour Component Defect Reporting Window: It is the exclusive responsibility of the consumer to inspect all liquids, bonds, seals, and adhesive applicators immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding dried-out formulas, frozen components, missing liquids, or perceived manufacturing defects must be reported to help@katoribeauty.com with clear photographic/video evidence within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier delivery timestamp. Failure to report within this strict 48-hour window establishes that all liquid components arrived in full, perfect, and operational condition, completely waiving any future claims of "defective/empty product."

  • Property Damage Disclaimer: High-strength cosmetic adhesives and polymer bonds permanently fuse surfaces. KaTori Beauty LLC is not responsible or liable for any structural or cosmetic damage to personal property—including, but not limited to, household vanities, stone countertops, flooring, clothing, linens, or furniture—resulting from accidental spills, leaking bottles, or negligent handling of product components by the consumer.

3. Absolute Assumption of Risk & Total Waiver of Medical Disclaimer

The application of cosmetics, high-bonding polymers, and extension tools near the highly sensitive ocular area carries inherent, un-eliminable risks of user error, unexpected chemical sensitivities, and physical complications. By utilizing these products, you agree that you are applying them entirely at your own independent discretion, judgment, and risk. KaTori Beauty LLC, its parent entities, owners, artists, and affiliates, are ABSOLUTELY NOT RESPONSIBLE, LIABLE, OR ACCOUNTABLE under any legal, civil, tort, or contract theory for:

  • Natural Lash Loss, Follicle Damage, or Traction Alopecia: Any shedding, thinning, breakage, plucking, or permanent loss of natural eyelashes resulting from incorrect placement, product buildup, overuse, or aggressive/dry removal techniques.

  • Ocular Infections, Pathogens, & Severe Irritation: Any bacterial, fungal, viral, or chemical infections, chemical conjunctivitis, pink eye, swollen tear ducts, styes, blepharitis, chronic redness, swelling, or structural eye damage arising from unhygienic application environments, improper aftercare, sharing of cosmetic products/tools, or reusing contaminated lashes.

  • Severe Allergic Reactions & Chemical Sensitivities: Localized or systemic allergic reactions, hives, contact dermatitis, or cellular swelling reacting to cosmetic ingredients, latex, cyanoacrylates, acrylate polymers, black carbon, preservatives, or adhesive components. A 24-hour localized skin patch test on the wrist or behind the ear is strictly mandatory prior to initial cosmetic use. It is the customer's exclusive financial and physical responsibility to read all packaged ingredient labels prior to opening or applying any product.

  • Physical Injuries, Punctures, Mechanical Traumas, & Blindness: Any mechanical eye injury, corneal abrasions, accidental eyelid bonding, glued skin tissue, temporary or permanent vision impairment, or complete and permanent blindness resulting from improper handling of sharp tools, tweezers, adhesives, chemical removers, or failing to maintain the strict mandatory 1mm safe clearance distance from the actual waterline.

4. Binding Non-Disparagement Agreement

By purchasing our products, you explicitly agree to act in good faith and resolve any operational or transaction issues directly with our support team. You agree that you will not publish, broadcast, post, or circulate any false, malicious, misleading, or defamatory statements, videos, reviews, or social media content (including, but not limited to, platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) intended to cause reputational or financial harm to KaTori Beauty LLC or to coerce the business into issuing refunds outside of our published store policies. Any consumer engaging in defamatory public behavior or social media extortion will face immediate legal termination of service and may be held civilly liable for business losses and damages.

5. Absolute Indemnification & Permanent Covenant Not to Sue

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable jurisdiction and law, you hereby release, waive, acquit, indemnify, defend, and forever discharge KaTori Beauty LLC, its officers, and operators from any and all claims, demands, damages, monetary claims, actions, causes of action, or lawsuits of any kind or nature whatsoever—whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated—arising out of or related to physical injuries, psychological distress, financial loss, or medical complications resulting directly or indirectly from our products.

If you experience persistent discomfort, severe burning, blurred vision, swelling, or signs of ocular infection, you must discontinue use immediately, flush the area thoroughly with clean water, and consult a licensed medical physician or board-certified ophthalmologist immediately at your own exclusive financial expense. KaTori Beauty LLC does not provide medical advice, medical oversight, or medical financial reimbursement under any circumstances.
